Privacy Policy
This is the personal website of Corey Fitchpatrick, a mortgage Loan Officer. It exists to educate and to let you start a conversation — not to take a loan application. This policy explains what the site collects, how it is handled, and your rights.
Who we are
This site is operated by Corey Fitchpatrick, Loan Officer with Vanmar Lending (NMLS #1894633 · DRE #01484374), based at 77824 Wildcat Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211. For any privacy question, email corey@coreyloanscalifornia.com or call (760) 610-4549.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into one of the two forms on this site:
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the message you write about what you need help with, and your checkbox consent to be contacted.
- Review form: your name, email address (not published), an optional loan type or city for context, a star rating, and the review you write.
The site does not ask for and does not collect your Social Security number, income, account numbers, or any other sensitive financial details. A full mortgage application, when you get to that stage, happens through a separate secure lender system — not this website.
Because this is a mortgage site, the message you send may describe your financial situation — that you are buying, refinancing, or working through credit. We treat anything you tell us as confidential and use it only to respond to you. Please do not include your Social Security number, full account numbers, or similar sensitive details in the message field.
How we use it
To reply to you, answer your questions, and — if you ask us to — help you take the next step on a home purchase or refinance. If you submitted a review, we use it to consider and, with your permission, publish testimonials. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to you.
By submitting the contact form you agree to be contacted by phone, email, or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who it is shared with
We rely on a few service providers who process this data on our behalf:
- Formspree — receives and delivers the form submissions to Corey by email, and stores them so nothing is lost in transit.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this page and sees your IP address as part of delivering them.
If a conversation moves forward into an actual loan, that is handled under Vanmar Lending's own processes and its lender/investor privacy disclosures, which are provided to you separately at that stage. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties for their own use.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There are no tracking pixels and nothing that follows you across other websites.
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. No agreed industry standard was ever settled for how a website should honor one, so to be explicit: there is no tracking here for a DNT signal to switch off, and your setting makes no difference to what we collect. No third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this site. If you follow our link to the secure loan application, that application is hosted by a separate provider under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of our communications, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your California rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. We honor these rights for anyone who asks. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of. Not for children
This site is intended for adults seeking mortgage information. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update it here with a new effective date.
